Just wanted to say how much I love your store. I could spend all day in a hardware store and it would take me over a week to look at all the great stuff you have. Of course my husband is usually rushing me out hoping I don’t spent a fortune in there. You have the friendliest staff. And they know what they’re doing. That’s something I remember as a child in a small town store my dad shopped at and hadn’t experienced in a long time. Thank you for hiring the best of the best and providing what we need in our own community. Hate the drive over the mountain and it’s nice I can go 15 min from home and get everything I need at a price that doesn’t make my husband scream.

Hello, I’m new to the area, and bought my first house in the area. I love coming to your yard, you have trained your employees very well!! You guys are so helpful. Most of my house is furnished with your goods. I would like to mention an employee that works at the checkout counter. They are all very nice, but I have never seen a person go out of her way to make sure you have what you need! Congratulations on training your employees the lost art in customer service. It’s everything!!

I absolutely love Kelseyville Lumber. All the employees are fabulous and super attentive. I haven’t seen a disgruntled employee there yet. Everyone I’ve encountered is polite and very helpful. Several have gone above and beyond to help me find items I need for my projects. Prices are very competitive with Home Depot. And what could be better?! They have an incredible cafe there as well!!!

For a small town Kelseyville Lumber is stocked well. There wood supply is good quality. They have a nice garden shop, pet supply, paint supply and most of everything you may need. The employees are helpful and friendly.

Wow, I am so glad I found this place! …their wood is SO much better than Home Depot’s. I like the store too, you don’t feel overwhelmed by what is inside, but it is still just as huge as Home Depot. The staff was so nice and helpful too.

Nice lumberyard and home improvement store. Good selection of materials, excellent service. Did I mention excellent service? Yeah, the people there actually know where stuff is (-: They deliver too, which is really great if you have a larger project.
